Partners & accreditations. The difference between a claim and a verified fact.
Every figure Delta Carbon puts its name to sits behind one of the accreditations below, which is what allows your funder, your auditor or SARS to accept it, and what lets you stop defending it alone.
SANEDI-registered Energy Services Company
Certification as an ESCo is what allows Delta Carbon to fund, deliver and be paid from verified energy savings, which is the basis of our solar and retrofit work.
See solar services→SANAS-accredited for Section 12L M&V
Section 12L claims require savings measured against a baseline and independently verified. SANAS M&V accreditation is the standing that makes our verification acceptable for the claim.
See Section 12L verification→Accredited Validation and Verification Body
Delta Carbon passed its VVB audit at record speed. This is the accreditation that allows us to independently verify greenhouse gas emissions and energy performance claims.
See GHG emissions verification→Partners and industry bodies
Delta Carbon works alongside partners across engineering delivery, market access and industry representation. Current partners and affiliations include SAE, IEPA, the Green Building Council of South Africa, Herholdts, Fuel Switch and Fundamental Africa, with industry body relationships including the GBC and EAPA. We also work with tax consultants, whose clients frequently qualify for Section 12L deductions they have never claimed.
