GHG Emissions Verification. Prove your numbers. Stop carrying a discount.
Independent verification of your scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, so your reported figure holds up to lenders, regulators and export markets, and you no longer have to defend it alone.
Book a ConsultationWhat is GHG verification?
GHG verification is the independent checking of an organisation's greenhouse gas emissions across scope 1, 2 and 3 against a recognised standard such as ISO 14064. A verifier examines the data, the methods and the boundaries behind your emissions figure and confirms it is accurate, complete and defensible.
The result is the difference between saying what your emissions are and being able to prove it. That proof is what turns a footprint into something a lender, an auditor or a market will accept.

Why independent verification matters
The people who scrutinise your emissions have raised the bar. Lenders attach emissions conditions to finance. Regulators require reported figures to hold up. Exporters into the EU face CBAM, where the carbon content of goods is priced and must be evidenced. Boards and investors reporting under an ESG framework need numbers that survive an audit.
In each case, the value is not the emissions figure itself. It is the independence of the check behind it. A verified number is one the organisation no longer has to defend alone.

Standards and accreditation
Verification is only as credible as the body performing it. Delta Carbon works to recognised standards, including ISO 14064 and established measurement, reporting and verification (MRV) practice, and passed its Validation and Verification Body (VVB) audit at record speed.
That accreditation is what allows us to sign off on an emissions figure. Without it, a verification is just a second opinion.

How this gets handled for you
Verification pairs naturally with the measurement that comes before it. Where we have built the carbon accounting and GHG inventory, the data is already structured for verification. Where you have measured it yourself, we verify what you bring. Either way, the output is credible, auditable, defensible emissions data.
That same verified data supports your carbon tax position and any carbon credits you generate, both of which depend on emissions numbers that hold up to scrutiny.
