Delta Carbon's solar services cover the full engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) lifecycle of a solar and battery system. The aim is a system designed correctly, built to standard and kept performing at spec over its life.
You can take the whole lifecycle or a single stage. Some clients need a full EPC delivery; others need a QA review of a system already going in, or O&M for one that is already running.

Solar EPC
EPC stands for engineering, procurement and construction. Delta Carbon acts as your delivery partner: engineering the system, procuring the equipment and managing construction to a standard that holds up. The result is a system built right the first time, which is far cheaper than correcting one later.

Solar project management
Where you have the contractors but need someone accountable for the whole build, Delta Carbon manages the project. We coordinate design, procurement, contractors and commissioning against a budget and a programme, so the work lands on time and to spec rather than drifting across suppliers with no single owner.
Best when you run your own installation and want an experienced hand holding it together.

Commissioning is the start, not the finish. Operation and maintenance keeps your system producing what it was designed to, through performance monitoring that catches faults and degradation early. A dropped string or a failing inverter can go unnoticed for a long time on an unmonitored site, and every week of it is lost generation.

How the funding can work
We are your solar installer and engineering partner first. If capital is the constraint, we can also facilitate a financing solution for your installation through a financing partner, so the system goes in without an upfront outlay.
The right route depends on your balance sheet and how much control you want. We walk you through which suits your position rather than pushing one.
Outright ownership
You fund the system and we deliver it as an engineering project. You capture the full saving over the system's life and own the asset from day one.
Energy Services Company (ESCo)
The asset is funded and run by a financing partner and you pay from savings, with little or no upfront capital. We remain your engineering and delivery partner throughout.
Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
You buy the power the system produces at an agreed rate per kWh, again without owning the hardware. We design, build and maintain the system to spec.
Owning the asset captures the most saving over time; the ESCo and PPA routes protect your capital and shift the performance risk to the financing partner. In every case, Delta Carbon engineers, builds and maintains the system.
